IKCA- Give Sadaqah and Change Someone’s Life in 2022

Being diagnosed with cancer can leave you shellshocked. But imagine knowing the chances of receiving quality treatment are slim.

Tragically, in many poorer countries, like Pakistan, cancer is still a death sentence even when it doesn’t have to be. 10 million people pass away from cancer every year, with mortality rates much higher in third world countries. In fact, 70% of deaths occur in low to middle-income countries, which reflects the difficulties of accessing decent care in such places.

With Ramadan currently underway, it’s a wonderful time to give Sadaqah to our cancer charity and help people access the care they need.

Although you can donate Sadaqah at any time, Ramadan is a particularly lovely time to do this. IKCA makes it easy to donate on our website, with all donations going towards helping those who need it most. This includes contributing towards the building of Shaukat Khanum Hospital.

Your Sadaqah donations are used for everything from treating poorer patients to hospital meals, essential medical equipment and hospital staff wages. Last year, your donations helped us to carry out over 19,000 surgical procedures, handle 210,667 outpatient visits and spend £40 million on free cancer care.

If you want to give Sadaqah to a worthy cause, find out more about IKCA or donate from anywhere in the world online today.
