IKCA– Give Sadaqah Jariyah and Provide Hope for Cancer Sufferers
As a form of ongoing charity, Sadaqah Jariyah is believed to benefit people for years to come, blessing the giver even in death. The name means ‘a continuous, ongoing, flowing charity’, which is one of the most beautiful concepts of Islam.
What better way to give this type of donation, than to a charity that helps people to recover from a deadly condition like cancer?
Changing the face of cancer care in poorer communities.
Your donations could help the Shaukat Khanum Hospital Karachi which supports some of the poorest cancer patients in Pakistan. Here, we treat thousands of patients every year, ensuring they get the medical care and support they need to fight cancer.
No matter how much you can give, even a little Sadaqah can go a long way. We also always welcome Zakat donations from anywhere in the world. The Zakat you donate is used exclusively for providing direct patient care to poor patients at Shaukat Khanum Hospital.
For every other expense, we use Sadaqah and Sadaqah Jariyah, whether it’s medical equipment, hospital wards, doctors or medicine. Thanks to the Sadaqah Jariyah we’ve received, we’ve managed to build and equip two cancer hospitals that have treated, cured and saved thousands of people.
